Hi Howard.

I don't lose power often here.  In fact, until Saturday night the longest
that I'm aware of power being out was a few seconds.  Saturday the power was
out for four hours.  Perhaps I'm over reacting, but I'd like to have radios
and other stuff work while the power's out.
