Sorry. You would press jaws key f11 to go to the system tray.
Then down arrow to choose AVG and tab to the right mouse button and press
enter to bring up the context menu. Then arrow up to exit and press enter.

Thanks, Darren, but you didn't indicate in your message how to accomplish
these tasks. I don't know if this is the problem, but if she can turn off
AVG or put exceptions into it then at least we can isolate the problem.
