Tom,

The meter on the supply is nice, but you should really measure the 
voltage at the end of the cable that plugs into the radio. I think you 
have a rig runner in line, and Between the wire  from the power supply 
to  the rig runner, the power poles, and wire to the radio, there is 
going to be some voltage drop.  Maybe not much, but you won't know till 
you measure.


Your TW-1 has an accuracy of 5 percent assuming it's in good order.  If 
your amp and tuner also have wattmeters, I wouldn't be surprised  if you 
got 3 different readings on the 3 different meters.
