Pierre,
Most lists don't have an option to reply directly to the sender. This is
deliberate so that other people who monitor the listserv can benefit from
the replies. You can reply to the sender by getting their email address
from the properties of the message.
If you use an email client, hitting the reply command will reply to a
message on the list. If you want to create a new topic, just create a new
message and send it to blind-hams at listserv.icors.org.
