No worries, really. It could be taken either way, as it did not mention
locals-only that I recognized, though I may have missed something and if so
I apologize.

In my response, I merely shared what Matthew said to me when I called.

misunderstanding, and that they were only able to reimburse for local
travel, not nationally.
