My husband and I are spending the summer in Coaldale, CO, just a little  
ways from Salida.  We found a delightful restaurant in Salida last  week.   A 
pizza and microbrewery serving very good GF  pizza.   Although they don't 
make a gluten free beer, they stock  Bard's, which is one of the GF beers that 
I really like.  So if you're  going to be in the area any time this summer, 
stop in at Amica's in  Salida.  Great place!!
 
I have no financial interest in Amica's - will just be spending money there 
 this summer.
