Hello Again List Mates,
Thanks for your quick response to my knee-jerk reaction regarding Dominos "GF" Pizza.
Here is the complete press release:
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/dominos-pizza-becomes-first-national-pizza-delivery-chain-to-offer-gluten-free-crust-150407075.html

Of course we all will all have our opinions and make our own decisions to purchase or not. Can't fault Dominos attempts to cash in on the GF market, some will say. And I agree. Let the Gluten-Free Buyer Beware. I'm also glad to hear Dominos has posted a YouTube video disclaimer. But who is going to see it? And since Dominos is mostly a delivery service, how many GF consumers will miss the obligatory disclaimer posted somewhere at the location. “Only appropriate for the mildly gluten-intolerant” – who decides what’s “mild”. And if the FDA would define what is gluten-free, would we even be having this discussion? Finally, the media is already picking up the story and will most likely key in on only the GF aspect. How many of us, especially our kids, will be contaminated until the word gets out? Some may think I'm over-reacting. I'll stand by my opinion, just one opinion that might shine a light and help spread the word.
On a brighter note, it's Day 7 of National Celiac Disease Awareness Month. I'd much rather see news stories about all the fabulous efforts across the country to raise awareness, increase diagnosis and save lives. Those are stories we can sink our teeth into.
