For that, stick with XP Butch.  Windows is trying to prevent people from 
recording stuff they are just supposed to listen to.  Unfortunately, this 
seems to mean disabling the streaming mp3 type of sound source.
I do know people who use the line in option, a Y 2/1 mini jack cord, and an 
1/8 to 1/8 male patch cord to drive the line input and record that source.
With an analog 1960 solution like that, I wonder why they bothered.
