I called too late to talk to Nancy--but I did email an application, 
sans payment information of course.  I'll call her tomorrow and give 
her that.  Note I'm going to call her, and from a corded phone, not a 
cordless.

You're not paranoid if they really are out to get you.  And in this 
case, they are.  Or at least out to get your credit card number.  And 
we hams know full well that just because nobody is talking doesn't 
mean they aren't listening.
