Thanks buddy and I'll have to see how that is wired. As far as the batteries all of them would have to be charged externally. So, the best part is having choices and that my friend is what I love. I'm going to find a case to put this radio in so I could in fact toss it into a pack without worry of the controls getting smashed and I might just take it on the road. :)
