Hey Buddy,

You bet and thanks. I'm wondering if those enloop batteries would be acceptable. I know the Elecraft manual talked about the Lithium  batteries and that is an option, but these enloopes seem to be quite good. Well anything rechargeable is good accept for nicad. Btw, have you any idea what the DC plug is for the KX1? I have not found that in the manual yet, but I'm thinking I'd like to have a DC cable for hooking up here in the shack or other power sources.
