Well don't think you will need to worry about an extension. Joel is the owner and if he does not answer the phone himself, one of his three employees will. I'm pretty sure he said he had three folks working for him. He is a great guy and very willing to take time to explain things. He took time to show me how to use the stripping tool for coax and sent me off with a little piece to use as a template.
