I didn't get it going on my setup with Windows XP, but it says that it was
compiled in perhaps July of 2011.  It is certainly an odd program, where the
Alt key never does anything.  And there seem to be no pull-down menus.  I
didn't find where I'm supposed to enter my callsign, although entering my
station location was obvious.
