Justin,
I have the hTX10 operating manual as a txt file if you would like 
it.  I haven't looked at it in a few years but I believe that the 
radio should be pretty accesible.  I bought one while the band was 
dead and if I can find it again, perhaps now would be a good time to 
play with it.  I have heard them and they sound good.
