Same problem here, Howard.  Apparently, they are down and what I'd like to 
know is for how long.  Usually, they email us if it's a scheduled outage but 
I don't recall having seen one of those.  Too bad because I hadn't read QST 
in a while and was going to settle in with one tonight.  Ah well.  List has 
certainly been exciting lately so I guess that will suffice.  73,  Lou
