Hi, folks.
In light of some of the bashing that has gone on over the past 24 hours, I
have to pass along some very encouraging news.
Earlier this afternoon, I had two very long phone conversations with Joel at
The RF Connection.
As many of you know, I'm trying to figure out the best way to do PL259 coax
connections independently, and Joel must have spent almost a total of an
hour with me, trying to figure out the best combination of tools and
connectors for my needs.
He told me that his mother was blind, which explains how sensitive and
informed he is, when it comes to understanding how we operate.
I guess my point is that there are lots of good folks out there, so let's
not let the few bad apples spoil the pie!
Our energy is far better spent looking at the positive, and helping each
other get to where we want to go in ham radio, or in life in general.
I told Joel that I would spread the word about his excellent service on the
list, so there you go.
Happy holidays to all, and let's not sweat the small stuff!
