For what it's worth, I've been very happy with the MorseGen CW program.
There are a couple of places where the JAWS cursor comes in handy, but for
the most part, the program is blind friendly. It comes with lots of sample
QSOs, an= random code generator that can be set to include or exclude
various patterns, and you can control the spacing, weight, and whether or
not to use Farnsworth.
	I can't remember if it's free or fee, but if the latter, it wasn't
very much money. I'm pretty sure you can try before you buy, at the very
least.
