Hi Peter,

Welcome to the list.

Some of us here are fairly new and then there are old guys like Pat Burn and 
well me, not quite as old as Pat.  Seriously, you will find lots of help 
here.  I received my novice license way back in 1968 while I was in eighth 
grade.  Ham Radio has changed quite a lot since then, however, there is 
something here for everyone.
Don't be afraid to ask any questions, perhaps we will learn something 
getting the answer for you.
