I have noticed similar readings.  Could be difference in where each one is 
in the coax system.  I've found the tw1 not to be very accurate in power 
and swr.  It is close and relative, but that is all most of this stuff is 
anyhow.  Somewhere I've got a noise bridge which is really the way to find 
the dip or resonant point.;  Speaking of dip, a grid dip meeter would do 
that as well.
