I have an IMAX 2000 and quite a few hams use this antenna in the central
Fla. Area. With my LDG AT 1000 antenna tuner I can tune 10 thru 20
meters. SWR IS about 7.0 on 20 meters but the LDG tunes it OK. I have
been thinking of shortening it a little to bring the SWR down on 20
meters. Seventythree,

Subject: Solarcon I-MAX 2000

As I happily research my antenna ideas, I came up with the Solarcon I-MAX

2000 Reviews rate it higher than the at-99, I found it for $109.00.
Has anybody used this antenna?
It's longer and heavier, but sounds like it works better, especially on
20
meters. Any thoughts?
