First do you have trees or any kind of poles that are up?  You could maybe 
create a low altitude loop or dipole and that might work.  Also I think that 
the Gap Titan will work 80 meters.  Also right now I am using a screwdriver 
antenna on a small tripod with 16 10 foot radials.  I could put it on a 
fence post and maybe load the fence as the ground side also.  I think some 
of the high gain verticals will work 80 also, but I think they need radials.
