That is not true either. The tuner only changes how the input side of the
tuner is viewed. Meaning that it changes what the final transistors see
rather then what the output of the tuner sees. So no matter what kind of
tuner you have it will not change the conditions between the tuner and
antenna. This is why some people prefer wire tuners because they don't have
any feed line between them and the antenna.
