Hi Mark.

The A/B key is the 3 key on the keypad, so pressing that will toggle between
bands.  When you press this key, it will produce a different tone depending
on which band you're on.  If the tone is the same for both bands, try
pressing and holding the function key, the A key on the keypad for 1 second,
then try again.
