lol, I'm definitely wet behind the ears then...i've been licensed for about 
5 or 6 years.
But I've been active in radio communications for about 18 years...I know, I 
know, CB isn't supposed to count, but even on CB, back in the good old days, 
there were sub groups of guys who were practically amateur radio operators 
and tried to conduct themselves properly...and who also always had technical 
conversations and so on.
