Hello listers,

I'm writing on behalf of my girlfriend Catherine Close, just recently
licensed early last summer as KB3WBO.

She has a Kenwood THF6A that a sighted person helped set up for her.

I think she needs to do a complete reset.

The rig once turned on beeps constantly. And the battery is fully charged.

It just goes beep, beep, beep!

How can this problem be remedied.

For the moment she has a non working piece of junk.

I tried to help at the NFB convention last summer but gave up on the rig.

I've never seen a Kenwood THF6A act so weirdly.

any help would be appreciated.

For starters I don't think this sighted dude knew what he was doing even
after reading the manual. He did not understand the concept of dual
receivers in that radio.

73,

Eric
