Handihams uses the Web Tranceiver software, but I'm sure about the "6000." It controls W0EQO and W0ZSW. Audio from W0ZQO is through Skype but W0ZSW uses the software's own sound module. You have to be a Handiham member. I think they verify your license through the FCC database.
