my shack is pretty spartan as well. It's located in a 12 by 10 foot room
with heat and facilities to fit a small window shaker. As you come in the
door, there's an l-shaped desk on the right. further to the right is a work
bench which contains a 5-position coax switch, the ts850 and an ic2800 for
2-meters. The phone patch is also there along with a telephone and talking
caller id. To the right of this l-shaped desk is a smaller desk containing
a Pro2018 scanner and a microwave. I also have an old hp5200 cxi scanner
hooked to an xp machine. As you can imagine, my shack is pretty spartan.
