Julie's Z Breads started out as a traditional baker, but has recently added a Gluten Free line. She has four varieties of gluten-free zucchini muffins to choose from - Double Chocolate Zucchini, Zucchini Nut, Carrot Zucchini Nut and Pineapple Zucchini. You can read about her at http://www.julieszbreads.com and place orders on line. She is also at the Hopkinton Farmer's Market at Weston Nurseries on Fridays, from noon to 6 PM. Address is 93 East Main Street, Hopkinton, MA and Coffee Haven in Holliston, MA. as well as scheduled for other MA and NH farmer's markets and craft fairs.

Her muffins are amazing. I especially love the Carrot zucchini nut and Pineapple Zucchini! Her muffins have surprised many non-gluten free eaters.

Enjoy!
