The Las Cruces Gluten-Free/Celiac Disease Support Group will meet on
Saturday, March 19, 1:30 p.m. at ASA Architects, 201 N. Alameda (across
from Central Elementary School).

Topic of the day will be adapting old favorite recipes (not baked goods)
for a gluten-free diet. If you have a favorite, please bring about 20
copies of the recipe to share. We'll also talk about which flours to
substitute for various purposes.

For more information, contact Susan Pieper ([log in to unmask] or 522-8182).

See you then!
