That particular product contains no starches and is extremely unlikely to be contaminated with gluten.  It does however contain lactose which could be causing the bloating although the amount of lactose in the capsule usually doesn't produce the results you are experiencing.  Some side effects associated with Doxy include nausea vomiting and occasional diarrhea.
