Not sure if you're referring to the forwarded message or the delivery error message. Neither of the two are a hoax as far as I know. I received the delivery error message when I tried to post using my Gmail client. As for the content/message, our dear Prince of Serakhuleh Land can help shed some light on that I suppose.

I might be missing something nonetheless.
