they have a GF menu and the food is pretty good.

Hello!  I have eaten at Fish City Grill both in Dallas and OKC.  It is very 
good, however I would recommend Rockfish over it, for they have a larger 
menu.

Yes it's safe. I love the beans and rice but they have a gluten free menu.
