Hi List Mates,

 

See my makeover for El Diablo Chicken, a recipe I got from the chef at Evil
Dave's Grill in Jasper, Alberta Canada last summer.  Although it's a lovely
(and easy)  company dish, it's perfect for a Super Bowl crowd, too.
