Hello, all. Although I've been GF for a few years after being diagnosed by
two gastrotenterologists as Celiac and by one as gluten-intolerant, I
suspect I am reacting to oats and rice, also. (I get mostly respiratory
symptoms from oats and rice-wheezing-along with digestive discomfort.) Does
anyone have experience/resources re: being grain-free along with being
gluten-free?
