There is a website fir the General Mills Products:  
www.liveglutenfreely.com that lists GM gf items.  The two gf free bars are Almond Crunch and 
Roasted Nut Crunch-Peanut Crunch.  Good for General Mills.  One member told me the 
Almond Crunch was available at Walgreens.  Evidently these are not 
available at all stores.
