I will be going on a 14day trip to Alaska on Holland America. Most of the trip will be on land and then 4 days coming home on a cruise. My concern is mostly for the land part of the trip. I have notified the cruise company of my Celiac condition but am not sure how it works on land. I also have hypoglycemia and need protein every 3 hours, at home I use small amounts of cheese but will be unable to do this on the trip. I do have some GF protein bars with 20mg of protein. Has anyone got any suggestions for a safe gluten free trip?
