Did I tell all of you about the new tv station Veria TV?

They are big on gluten-free. I found it on FIOS. I can't tell you what channel, because I have to look for it again. Check out their website. It's so much fun to be watching a station that uses the words gluten-free as if they were talking about mainstream food. I liked the show I watched awhile ago, where the chef gave modifications for different flours.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself.
