Hello. I set up Thunderbird for a friend of mine. I just put her email 
address and password in and Thunderbird did all the rest. The account 
works. My problem is exporting her address book from Verizon web mail to 
Thunderbird. I worked on it for over an hour! All the help I could find 
on Verizon is how to import an address book. I do know that any address 
book for Verizon has to be in csv format but it won't let me export the 
address book to Excel. I can make the address book in Excel and then 
import it into Thunderbird but she has over 100 people in it. It would 
take me hours. Can anyone offer any suggestions or help?
