I write on behalf the friends and acquaintances (including MACON 
members) of the Rev. Kwakye Akyeampong to invite you to a farewell 
gathering in his honor on Sunday August 15, at 2:30 pm.  The location 
for the gathering is the Urban League hall at 2222 S Park Street.  If 
you are not aware, the Rev. Akyeampong is leaving Madison and 
re-relocating to New Jersey this August.  Come in numbers to bid a 
fitting farewell to the Rev. Akyeampong.  You are free to bring a dish 
or drink to share.  Please help us in any way you can to give the Rev. 
Akyeampong a true African goodbye.
