Hi Richard,
I did actually email the By-Laws and more info. about The Africa
House, Inc. to the lady whose email I was given at that meeting. This
happened two weeks after that meeting. She was supposed to forward
what I sent her to the rest of the Board. I thought by now you all had
an opportunity to review the document I sent. I can resend them if you
guys want. But first I suggest contacting the secretary at that Board
meeting to confirm what I have said here. Thanks.
