I have been gluten free for 12 years. In May my skin started to itch. I
don't have a rash, after itching little bumps will appear. I my skin itched
like this prior to going gluten free. The itching is maddening and
constant. I can itch for hours. I am taking an antihistamine pill daily to
try to help with the itching, but I don't think it is working. I think I
must be getting into something that has a very low level of gluten. I have
gone through my food with a fine tooth comb. I have not eaten out since
this started. I have contacted manufacturers of all medicine to confirm
gluten free and have contacted manufacturers of all the soaps and lotions
that I use. Does anyone have a suggestion on what else might be causing my
skin to itch?

Thanks

Rita
