Dear List Mates,
We continue to search for flavorful and fruity olive bread like we had in
the South of France. This bread is definitely getting closer because it has
terrific fruitness. It turns out that these olive rolls are pretty common
in Italy. This is new to us, but many of you are probably already familiar
with Pane alle Olive. We got a chance to taste a number of interesting
olives as we put this bread together.
If you are interested, navigate to http://bit.ly/GF_Bake , search for
"Rolls and small breads" under "Yeast breads", and look for the red
chevron. If the above link does not work, copy/paste the following into
your browser: http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/gfbaking/ . Note that
some email programs corrupt the "tilde" that precedes the "vh". The tilde
is to the left of the 1 key on your keyboard.
Please let us know if you have questions.
