Guest speaker: Anne Lee, Director of Nutritional Services with Dr. Schar, USA.

Dr. Schar USA is building a large, gluten free processing facility here in South New Jersey - their first USA plant.


April 1st- Our guest speaker will be Alice Bast, NFCA, who recently won The Philadelphia Award. She was the first to create online courses giving continuing medical-education credit for primary-care physicians in the area of Celiac Sprue Disease.
