I am making mac and cheese and have to make a roux with 6 tablespoons of  
butter, 1/2 cup of flour (and warm milk after the roux bubbles).  In the  
house, I currently have Bob's All Purpose GF Flour and cornstarch.  Any  
suggestions as to which I should use?
