May 4th is going to be an amazing day!  Whether you can stop by for a
just a few minutes at lunchtime or stay throughout the day, it will be
an event to remember.  Here's how the day will unfold:

Where:
Embassy Suites Convention Center
900 10th Street NW, Washington, DC
Phone:  1+(202) 739-2001

Time:
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Join us to watch construction of the World’s
Largest Gluten-Free Cake

5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Donor and Sponsor Reception; Individuals,
organizations, and companies who graciously provided support for the
GF Labeling Summit are invited to join us to celebrate Awareness
Month, the unveiling of the cake, and hear guest speakers.

Everyone is welcome; donations kindly requested.  Save time at the
door and make one online at 1in133.org .

6:15 p.m. Program begins

7:00 p.m. VIP / Summit reception (private room)

7:30 p.m. Closing remarks by event organizers (main room)

All Day -- Beyond building the cake, there’s real work to do.  You
will be in the nation’s Capitol and the perfect time to be a Celiac
Advocate. This IS the time to tell lawmakers why gluten-free (GF)
labeling matters to you. Quite simply, your health depends on it.
Please plan ahead and make an appointment to see your legislators. Not
sure where to start? Go to www.americanceliac.org and click on 'quick
tutorial' under 'Coming to the Summit.

Please join us if you can, and support the fight for gluten-free labeling!
