I caught part of a local TV show in Dallas this am - they had lots of gf  
items on the table.  It appears the only way you can buy the book is thru  
Amazon and I don't have an account.  Do any of you have this book?
 
The buns they had on the table looked like ones used in non-gf  restaurants.
