CRANBERRY CASSEROLE
3 cups choppedunpeeled apples
2 cups rawcranberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups brokencornflakes
1/2 cup packed brownsugar
1/3 cup gf flour
1/3 cup choppedpecans
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshlyground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine apples, cranberries and sugar in2-quart buttered casserole. In a separate bowl, combine corn flakes,, brown sugar, gf flour, cinnamon, nutmeg,pecans and butter. Top fruit mixturewith cornflake mixture. Bake 1 hour oruntil bubbly and light brown. Serve hotwith turkey or ham, or as a dessert withvanilla ice cream.
