Ana,
Go to the Webvisum website and give it a try. It was active when I just
tried it. The login page is http://www.webvisum.com/en/main/login and
the next page for resetting your password
is http://www.webvisum.com/en/main/forgot. Once you've got that set,
I'll guess that it should be OK to download the latest version and do
your login.  I also use the LastPass password manager in Firefox. It
works in IE and Chrome also. I never loose a password now. All I have to
remember is just one, the LastPass password. It automatically logs me
into Webvisum and a couple other add-ons every time Firefox starts up.
