Hi D.K.:
Make sure you have downloaded the latest definitions from Microsoft
Security Essentials because this Adware Win32 keeps growing--changing.
Its been around a long time and the latest version I know of is
released March 9 2013.
I try to update Security Essentials at least once and sometimes twice a week.
These things come from third party software and even from viewing
and/or joining some shopping sites.
Go here:
https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/threat/encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?Name=Adware%3AWin32%2FAdClickCF
That is info on the latest version, I think.
