> Graduate degree or equivalent in education, education

> blindness and related fields, the experience to continuously 
assess those
> needs through ongoing market research, and the ability to work 
with
> experts to create effective resources to meet proven needs.  
Four or more
> years experience managing a national program with accountability 
for
> achieving strategic and budgetary goals required.  Direct 
experience in the
> delivery of online educational content and familiarity with 
technical,
> design, and media issues relating to eLearning strongly 
preferred.
> Excellent oral and written communications and a proven ability
